Why do some eyebags look good?

I noticed O'Pry has similar ones:

Fat. Bad eyebags (at least from looking at them) usually look like they are melting from horrible undereye support. If you have good fat there, it looks support even with the eyebags.

It’s same thing with different fatpad genetics and orbit bones I think

maybe SOOF fat pads come into play too, Ik they affect under eye appearance

still I definitely think what you’re talking about is healthy youthfull fatpads vs sagging hypertrophied fat pads even if it’s not what’s usually referred to as aeygo sal

Maybe it's bad fat pads but good muscle? Would be a good explanation for why I developed them cause I kinda abused Adderall & got really low bf. but idk just thinking
