funny because I don't take people in baggy clothes seriously either, it looks prepubescent and doesn't 'highlight' your frame, it just makes you look fat.

I would say genes and bones mostly then lifestyle. High cheek bone people age better on average and some skin types seem to age really fast. I know this 50 year old guy who looks well under his age and he still pounds the alcohol a few days a week.
 
Mostly as everything in life genetics .

my family is full of ex drug addicts, heavy smokers and drinkers and they all look 5-10 years younger than they are

So even though I'm 32 I could actually be getting younger right now. That makes sense.
