Why do some people look unproportional after LLS?

A lot of people say that a huge flaw with LLS is that you look unproportional and therefore strange after LLS. From most of the pictures I see online this isn't actually the case. Most people can succesfully pull it off without looking like a freak. But I just saw an advert from a surgery (crazy how it's getting pushed to normies) where the dude went from 5'5 to 5'9. And his arms didn't look short before but after they look tiny. Still a huge improvement but his arms just looked off.

Most of the guys who get it look proportional but why do some pull it off and some don't. As long as your wingspan is long enough so that your hands rest a few inches below your hip I think it's okay. Even the bodybuilder who went from 5'11 to 6'6 doesn't look too weird. And if he does slightly it's because his legs are scrawny as fuck not because of his proportions. Most of the guys below look completely normal. The bald guy who went from 5'3 to 5'9 still looks okay. Even though it's noticeable it's only because he already had a weird wingspan when he was 5'3, with his hands just at his hips. Even though it's noticeable I would say it still looks normal.
