Why do some say Minox lowers libido?

The only thing I could think of maybe it makes erection quality lower because of the fact Minox is a vasodilator, meaning it widens blood vessels to give more blood flow to wherever ur putting it which grows more hair, which might give less blood flow to ur cock?
