Now for me this can be for 2 reasons

1: she wants to feel above the man in the relationship, what I mean by this is she doesn’t want to feel insecure around him IF he is a chad, so she goes after not the best looking men to feel better about her self and have more power in the relationship.

2. She can be manipulative pig, basically meaning she can gaslight the man to follow her orders whenever she says, believe whatever she says, and also not have to take care of herself often, doesn’t need to wear as much makeup or stay in good shape since he’s not GL to begin with, makes her feel more secure as I stated in my first point above.

I think a third reason might be he makes up for the value difference in looks in other departments that aren't outright visible.

4. A fourth reason might genuinely just be that her idea of attraction doesn't overlap with society's, and she's with a guy who is subjectively her type. Of course, we don't know this so we just operate under societal beauty standards

5. FInally, fifth reason is probably just be first theory, where she's been with him from when they were very young... this will be a personality pill too
