TLD;R: Why are spics passed along in the trades/take shorter training programs despite literally being illiterate in their native langauge/being incompetant while whites who enter the trades are required to take more irrelevant classes/spend a longer time training?
I am thinking of doing a trade. These days (at least in my area) trades are like a quasi-college degree and take almost 4 years! Also in my area the program requires you to do a math/algebra class that takes up a lot of time etc. (could be using that time gaining EXPERIENCE/learning ON THE JOB instead of mentally masturbating to cave ramblings from Ancient Homosexual Pedophile Greek philosophers
) .
However some 4ft8 Spic (who literally can't read/write/sign his name in his NATIVE language) gets SPED through the trades. (these guys come up to me at my job/ask for help reading/signing tax from that are written IN SPANISH) Yet I see these bozos driving very large CDL trucks/forklifts/operating large Hitachis with lots of parts etc. (I honestly doubt Enrique is slaving away in algebra class if he can't even read/write in his native language) but for white bois they make different rules! "you must do your maff white boi" "how can we trust you to drive this hitachi if you can't solve differential equations?"
Obviously normies will say: "ha ha banjo you are dumbass/you can't do the maff" (not true) but lets say I am stupid. Ok but I am pretty sure I am SMARTER than a spic who literally can't read/write in Spanish/ comes from a country that does not know how to use indoor plumbing. Plus most trades (with exceptions) don't use super complicated math. (besides these days there are various pieces of software/various tools to help one make calculations in the MINISCULE amount of math the average tradesman encounters etc). I notice most spics who are in the trades simly grab a broom/hammer/learn ON THE JOB like it has always been done etc!
*for real are their tax reasons for this?
*Is it DEI initiative? What happens when a spic (inevitably crashes a CDL truck/screws up a job due to being a complete and utter incompetent moron)
*Do they get deported? How is the company who hires him not held accountable? (had a spic come to work crash a small truck/ not get fired lol)
*Is this for tax reasons? or some kinda loophole employers are practicing?
I feel white boomers (who did a PISS POOR job saving for retirement) and now have to work until they croak. don't want competition so they would rather have white bois shoved away taking irrelevant courses and then pay a hispanic $2 an hour while they get to keep their cushy-overpaid union job etc.
