why do the mod ask me to send them dick pics to prove im a man

They make me take dick pics and write my username on it with Sharpe. one time is understandable however in the last week ive been "to prove im a man" 8 times by 5 different mods. Ive tried taking this to master however he also then asked for pictures or else i will be banned. im under 18 btw
