what's pheomelanin?
does alcohol abuse make your skin permanently red?
high red blood cell count? do whites have higher red blood cell count? i doubt it. and why does it show in their face once they get older?
sunburn is temporary
so is razor burn

no but alcoholism is very common among Caucasians

Both smoking and drinking increase red blood cell count, combine this with decreased lung function over the decades and the body compensates through increased erythropoesis. Since hemoglobin is red, more hemoglobin can make your skin appear more reddish, especially in conjunction with high blood pressure, which also rises with age due to higher BMI and unhealthy lifestyle

yes but some people get it over and over again, think roofers and daily aggressive shaving in a hurry
