Why do women complain about mens restrooms being dirty when its the opposite

Whenever i go to a mens restroom its never really that bad, at most an unflushed toilet

however womens (from what my mom says) will be dirty af and stinky, i even heard a story of a used tampon just being all out on some stall

so this begs the question, why do women never stfu about how dirty men are when really its them
