Why do you need to protect your hair? Can't you just get a hair transplant?

I see a lot of people saying that you must protect your hair as early as possible. But why can't you just fucking blast masteron and then get a hair transplant? Is it just that most people don't bother to (it's not even that big of a hassle to get a hair transplant) or is there some other reason?

Also even if you're balding can't you get like a fucking wig or a hair system or something those things are pretty realistic

Because 1 hair transplant almost never look better than natural hairlines 2 it would an unnesarily expensive and impractical way to do it 3 not everyone is a candidate 4 elastin is an arguably even bigger issue

Even if you get a hair transplant the hair that hasn‘t been transplanted will keep falling out if you don‘t take any dht blockers so why not just take them from the start and save yourself the hassle lol. Also hair systems are pretty embarrassing to have, if you get exposed wearing one it‘s basically game over.
