Basic supply and demand.

When you have a 50% shortage on a popular item, and an increase in demand on that popular item, you increase value for the entire supply.

Here Middle East also includes Iran(a West Asian country), Uzbekistan(a Central Asian country), Georgia (a West Asian country), etc.

Right, but it’s still a country made up primarily out of white people, so you disregarding it as a western country because only 55% is white seems dumb.

Look at it's young population. Whites are basically a minority among under 30 population.

Nope they are, White's birth rate is 8 and death rate 12(in USA) whereas Black's birth rate is 16 and death rate is 4(in USA).
 
In third world countries Women are much more financially dependent on men, thus wealth income is a much bigger factor in mate selection, and thus looks becomes a much smaller factor in mate selection

I agree, however is this true for patriarchal and developed Arab countries as well.
 
The poorer the country, the less looks matter and money&status become much more important.
