legit u can get the best result just making sure u properly drink water. Ideally 250ml for the first 10 hours of the day then tapering it off and not drinking before bed. Then just slam 5grams of KCL powder ( to get 2.5 grams of pottasium ) divided into 1.25 grams after every meal.which is like half the RDA and very good for your overall health aswell. Also i take 1000mg of vitamin c a day which help me stay debloated aswell.

ive tried this and literally had moon face tier bloating that i thought was genetics, accutane, antibiotics but now my face is perma debloated.

The only thing bloating you is salt and carbs and improper fluid intake. Combat salt with pottasium and combat carbs with low carb diet, also get in vitamin c ideally 500-1000mg good for inflammation and bloating aswell since it also acts like a diuretic.

if your eating out just slam a 1500mgs of pottasium and ideally just dont eat outside what are you even doing :lul:

Rather than doing all of this you can pop a 100mg furosemide pill and be debloated asf for atleast 1 whole day

daily recommendation is 4700mgs...calculate how much you get from your diet and then supplement accordingly ...i only get 3000mgs of pottasium from my diet so i slam 1000-1500mgs of pottasium aka 3grams of pottasium chloride all thru out the day

I'd say it's safe to get anywhere below 1,5g of your active potassium from pill supplements a day, provided you eat a varied diet..just stay within this limit..

Can I DM you? about one of your other guides

I consistently get at least 10,000 mg of potassium a day through diet alone (potatoes, spinach, lean fish). There's been days where I've been high as 20,000 mg.

It's fucking magical how much potassium diminishes water retention. Can literally binge on 3500 calories, but as long as my potassium is high, I wake up the next morning with a dry, chiseled face and full pumped muscles.

As a side note for fellow gymcels, crank your potassium up by replacing all your potassium deficient carbs (white rice, oatmeal) with high potassium carbs (potatoes, blackbeans), and it will blow your mind how full/big your muscles get.

Daily cardio also greatly minimizes facial bloat for myself. Just 30-40 minutes of elliptical.

Yes. Rice is absolutely pathetic nutritionally (micronutrients, minerals, fiber), and also extremely easy to overeat. People associate rice with being a good food for fat loss/staying lean due to it being a staple food in bodybuilding diets.

What they fail to realize is that bodybuilders use white rice BECAUSE it's easy to overeat, and digest. When you're 300 lbs, and require 4000+ calories a day, eating white rice 6x day makes getting in that amount of food efficient. For everyone else, the vast majority of your carbs should come from vegetables, tubers, lentils, and fruits. For HEALTH, and LEANNESS
