Why does Chico, despite having larger bones, face, and skull compared to everyone, seem small in photos?

Bigger bones than all except chin .

does this imply big skull = big bones = look better? but probably because hes standing next to people it gives that illusion like if a 6.2ft guy were to stand next to a guy whos 5.1fft who could tell the difference but if he were standing alone then u couldn't tell how much taller he is
