Why does Cillian Murphy look weird?

Don’t get me wrong, he’s good looking, but his face looks off. He lacks the universal appeal of a Zac Efron. His only flaws really are long philtrum and eyelid exposure. Zac also has a long philtrum and exposed eyelids, but it doesn’t effect his looks much
