Africa got decolonized starting from the 1960’s all the way up into the mid 1970’s.

So they’ve had 40-50 years or so to develop economically. Why does everyone expect the continent to be first world and completely developed?

There’s also the fact that africa is naturally disharmonious due to the way the borders were drawn.

Even with all this African countries are now rapidly developing economically across the board.

People will use “model” countries like China and India but these examples just don’t work for me.

China never got fully colonized and has had the same / similar borders for the past 2000+ years.

This is why China is called a civilization state and not a nation state. It’s based around a dominant ethnic group that has settled in one region for thousands of years and is naturally harmonious. They’ve been a superpower multiple times before so it’s only natural for them to recover their position.

India in multiple regions is still a backwater and is a long way from developing completely. Although they’ve seen rapid success in recent times, this isn’t much of an example against my point.

so once again, why are unrealistic standards placed upon africa, just for all black people to be jumbled into a collective box once those standards are not met and get called retarded, Niggers, etc?

It was an effective implementation of foreign policy and good leadershipto get where they are. Same should happen in similar situations. You still didn't understand my point that those aren't your average refugees or something. They are the wealthier African kids who have a higher IQ so its logical they would outperform, but still in your graph they don't lol.

And yes, you debunked yourself again: Qatar can't stand on its own without the help of Western tech and knowledge... If their oil runs out or the interest in using oil declines there is no hope for Qatar. It simply got lucky by being a small country (easily manageable) and having insane amounts of oil.
