its probably biased. those with amazing and really bad results are most likely to post about it online.
just by chance every jaw surgeon who does 30 jaw surgeries per year will have amazing results. How much of that is luck and how much is skill?

When people choose a known surgeon like Raffaini, it’s because they want someone to operate on them that has a history of decent amount of good results and is less of a black box than an unknown surgeon. Raffaini showed he actually has skill and its not just luck, so your chance of having good results with him is higher than with a random surgeon.

You need to go for the best chance that is affordable for you.

you have to be a retard just to look up big names and blindly go in after a single consultation lol. I got 4 bimax consultations from diff surgeons and from my experience some big names like stringer wasnt it for me. and dont go to turkey.
