nigga just eat fucking wild caught salmon its $13 a pound at walmart and has 100g of protein and fat. thats literally all the protein you need in a day unless ur 170lbs+. a pound of salmon with 3 cups of raw milk is literally all the macros you will need in a day unless u need carbs preworkout. you just want them to be in a little cupcake like some fat edp445 fuck. eat meat or stfu. stick to your protein donuts and dead milk with microplastics jfl
