Why does face matter more than other dimorphic traits?

Everyone agrees face is law, but I've wondered what makes humans (and animals) put more emphasis on face rather than body which is a better indicator of higher fitness?
What makes 5'10 8/10 male more desirable than 6'4 5/10 male? Knowing the second one has higher fighting/survival success rate?

Is sensory bias model correct?
E.g. Blue eyes are more desired solely because they are more shiny (humans evolved to be attracted to shininess), not because they are beneficial anyhow.

i think there was actually a study done on this where women in more developed countries prefered men who were better looking, and in poorer countries they prefered men who were more dimorphic strong etc.

ig its because their priorities are different?
