Depends on the woman.

For black women? He'd indeed probably rank high. For example Michael B Jordan has fairly bad jaw, mouth and chin, but I bet a lot of black women would prefer him over some white chadlite or something.

But for white women? Not so much. He wouldn't be as desirable.

If someone aims for white ladies, he competes with white men and what is considered attractive among the whites. He will be judged based on white standards of beauty and phenotype. It's in our DNA to prefer people similar to us.
