Why does furosemide ultimately just lead to me dying?

If you have too little potassium when taking furosemide you can have a heart attack, when having too much sudden cardiac death can occur, when having too much water kidney failure can occur. Honestly, do dieuretics even debloat you at this point? How do I debloat with peptides/dieuretics? What should I take?

Furosemide is safe at a relatively low dose.
I think taking more than 60mg is where the returns have really diminished.
Just don't use it frequently.
