Why does hurting other people give me energy?

I sometimes feel like a vampire where I can take other peoples pain and suffering and it gives me happiness or it makes me feel better its very weird.

I feel like I can suck peoples energy up and add it to myself

I don't even try to do it. Sometimes I've noticed I make friends with losers because I can rip on them all the time and get them to do things for me this makes up for all the times I have felt humiliated


I mainly do this to girls though because I have some sympathy for loner men.

I was abused quite a bit in numerous ways. I think this probably negatively effected me but I don't know how to rewire my brain. I only like helping friends and family

I had an experience with a very old woman it was the first time it happened in my life. I was very happy. She stopped me, to tell me tales about how she was a virgin and many bullcrap but I I couldnt move and was scared. After she was done talking all my energy went away.

Energy is a real concept. And just like you get uplifted with someones good energy you might get down lifted with someones bad.


Now you might enjoy causing pain which gives u energy or u might be leeching off that peoples good energy. Or bad one.

Technically I wouldnt believe none of this is possible, but because u can feel when 2 people are in love, or in a fight. Without telling anything just looking at each other next. Then I can give a pass
