Why does my eye erea look wierd when i use brow pencil?

It just looks out of place, maybe its the color. My eyebrows naturally have like some small baldspots, and the hairs are a little thin, but when i use the pencil, it just looks wierd.

Most of the time, that "weird" feeling comes down to one of two things: the undertone of the color or the density of the application.
