my face looks very bloated and chubby most of the time even tho I have a pretty big skull/cranium. I compared it with my friend in the mirror and his head looks so small compared to mine and his facial bones are obviously smaller than mine yet his skin is tight on his bones.

Well all carbs aren't created equal. Tell me what you actually eat. I'm being serious.

Okay so my mom usually makes something I can reheat for a few days because she works a lot and doesn’t have time to cook fresh every day. It’s usually something like rice with chicken and vegetables or pasta with tomato sauce, or potatoes. And I eat a lot of sausages in a bread roll too like a few times a month. I get lunch money so I buy myself something like kebab or pork brisket in a bun like a few times a week but i still eat at home. I don’t eat anything for breakfast and for dinner I also eat what my mom makes. Sometimes we have steak in the fridge and I make it but it’s pretty rare. I like eggs but I never make them idk why

Either your really fat (over 25 percent body fat)

Or you just have naturally big buccal fat pads which is genetically determined

your def bloated from all the processed goyslop you eat thats inflaming tf out of you. ask your mum to make rice with meat and be conscious of what you flavor it with e.g., opt for salt (celctic sea salt idealy) over pre-made steak seasoning thats made with flour and dextrose cuz their inflamatory bullshit ingredients. go for walks or do some light activity like yoga after a meal. pair probiotic foods like kefir or raw cheese with your meals for better digestion. cut out all gluten no exceptions except maybe sourdough but dont go overboard. sugar in small doses is totally fine. dont listen to uneducated 'potassium maxers' cuz that shit only ruins your mood. and maybe look into your stress which might be inflaming you and ruining your gut health.
