Why does my forehead keep getting bigger

My skull circumference is 60 cm and didnt change,i also didnt norwood at all from last year

When i look old photos my forehead was nowhere near megamind level

Eyebrows maybe? Idk if you for some reason shaved them or dyed them light that’ll make your forehead and brow look dif. How old are you? Maybe your brow bone is developing if you’re young? Tbh if you’re not norwooding this sounds weird
