wtf, you don't know anger until you can't get a good cup of coffee 😡
 
Either because metal ions leak into your coffee from your water kettle/mug/vacuum jug or because you're buying the wrong brand. I prefer blends with a high Robusta bean content. Not as acidic and tastes better imo, albeit less complex in flavor than 100% Arabica. More caffeine too. Get some regular ground coffee or coffee beans instead of instant coffee

Yeah, that's what I thought at first until I tried out different pots and they all resulted in the same tasing coffee.

I just use Nestle, I guess it's worth investing into better coffee
