Why does my left foot have so much dead skin on it??

Does anyone know what causes this because my right foot is perfect yet my left foot has been like this for as long as I can remember. Has anyone else experienced this?

most likely something like fungus or infection try foot masks that remove/ soften up all the skin and then file it off and moisturize
