Why does my mom always ask me about sleep ?

I swear whenever I talk to her, she brings this up all the time. "Are you sleeping, Bojack?" Why would I sleep when my youth is burning away at a records pace. I got to ascend quickly before I become too old. I'm already behind schedule as is !
