why does my mom purposely act obnoxious and then acts like an abused dog when i tell her to stop and start ignoring me

she does it all the time, and just now for example, the whole family was downstairs, i was sitting in the living room and she came and then she started annoying my dog while next to me so my dog would start growling and i told her to stop and then she kept doing it and then i told her to stop because she was killing the intensity in the movie i was watching and she made an abused dog face, got up, and left upstairs without saying a word to me
