WHY! does my nose become so wide randomly

its 3.8-3.9cm wide (alar base) normally but goes to 4.3cm randomly (mostly at night/when i wake up). Why?

eyes should be one eye width apart and nose corners should touch medial canthus so basically nose width should be equal to eye width. my nose width is 3.8 and eye width is 3.7.
