It looks huge because of two reasons:

1. Your facial hair is quite vast creating the appearance of a larger upper lip

2. The corners of your lips droop down on the sides creating a much larger philtrum area there

A corner lip lift can fix this

Your short chin as well as thin upper lip makes the philtrum look relatively longer. The thin upper lip means you can easily get away with a lip lift if you want though.
