It's not really due to brushing your teeth @Lonenely sigma.. it's more about brushing your tongue

You need a tongue scraper OP
Cuz bacteria builds up on it and ppl don't often wash it, especially further back.

Also after brushing, and using a tongue scraper.. rinse your toothbrush in water and rub it on your tongue, and on the palate above
