Hmm, you 2 most likely entered puberty at the same time since girls enter it 2 years earlier on average, and hmm, maybe it's because she had a better diet since she's younger and perhaps your family became more financially secure so then they were able to buy better food for her while you suffered for 2 years, idk...

Idk, my zygos are more projected, I have a better chin, wider jaw, and obviously a longer mandible.

Her eyebrows are lower set and her nose is curved (?). My eyebrows are higher and my my radix is low, causing a slight pseudohump. Her nose is also narrower while mine is too wide imo.
