21 , it wss due to brutal stress but the problem is the skin texture and theres no sagging

Nasolabial folds are due to sagging fatpads. Your nasolabial fold is barely noticeable tbh, your skin doesn't look bad.

To improve texture the best thing is tretinoin, you can get it prescribed or buy it online, i'm using it and It has made my skin really smooth
