wash ur tip only with water, nothing else. You can clean it when you shower with one finger and do not apply to much pressure. There are also aloe vera 'body lotions' made for the foreskin and tip

I don’t have a foreskin but yeah that’s normal I think, they stink. I read about guys who have them still and they say it stinks even when they come out of a shower despite cleaning properly.
