its actually a really good method

Why would anyone research gene expression here?

elaborate on what youve discovered
how would you modulate gene expression in your favour
there are multiple factors that could inhibit the expression of specific genes

more bone mass dosent equal better projection you ogre loving retard
alright but more bone mass development by osteoblast differentiation can possibly maximize genetic height potential

for genes Like OPG, RUNX2, SP7
i know the genes themselves i want you to elaborate on how you would modulate them
cus the kind of gene modulation that you might be thinking of rn is literally how every single medication works
there are literally genes that inhibit osteoblasts??
you know a negative regulator of osteoblasts? sclerostin(sost)
we inhibit it with romosozumab, which is not a gene modulator
gene modulation involves viral vectors to change the actual dna strands within the nucleus, and doing all that isnt necessary for most purposes

osteoblasts have fuck all to do with height
the growth plate is cartilage, not bone
its about chondrocyte proliferation and hypertrophy

no you can specifically target the development of multple genes such as GDF5 and ACAN which will express cartillage development at growth plates with would later minerlaize into bone

yes but osteoblast differentiation mineralizes cartillage at growth plates

for genes that express bone growth for example
Humans take too long and expensive to grow to see certain phenotypes (Huntingtons disease, for example, appears after someone ages), too many variables to see certain phenotypes, and ethics prevent controlled research from happening.

how would you do this practically?

?? elaborate because im not talking about phenotypes

general nutrtion and further more specific nutrtional needs for example stuff like polyphenols has been seen to express genes that affect cartillage production such as ACAN

nutrition isnt enough
dietary stuff isnt enough
you need pharmaceuticals, i thought you were gonna mention some niche modulators of these genes

You are though. Phenotypes are how the genes that someone has are expressed. It is the stuff that gives you your bone density, your height, your facial features. Even then, each of those traits are so complex with their own genes and then it gets added on to how it interacts with different parts of the body (also having their own traits, genes, and interactions).

i mean i just started researching but if youd like to tell me youre welcome

the phenos you mentioned in your first reply are different than helping the expression of your already dominant genes

i mean i dont have much to say on this tbh
only gene modulators i know are hdaci, ezhi, and dnmti

personally i lean more onto softmaxxes so if i were to publish anything related to gene expression and such i wouldnt put much (if any) pharmacueticals since i consider them hardmaxxes and im also lf for stuff which is easy to find

also HDACI is expensive asf

why do you consider pharmaceuticals as hardmaxxes, they most definitely are not
also

dont have to source legitimately

personally just dont wanna get random china chems

are you retarded, we can kinda manage genetic maniplation of bacteria, what the fuck are you gonna do with gene expression, you cant change it, go study for your ap bio test and stop being an idiot

can u tell me more about the bacteria point id like to research it also why you so angry calm down in theory evrything i said is slightly effective

we can alter bacterial dna, like prokaryotes, its easy since they can take up outside DNA, or we can use more complex methods that im not gonna get into, thats how we produce many medicines just make the bacteria make it, im mad because youre being retarded, dont be retarded, if youre gonna be lame you at least gotta be not retarded or you will be lame forever, to not be retarded go do research

think about it if you wanna alter gene expression you gotta change those genes, all of those cells need to be changed, if we could do that then there wouldnt be cancer or genetic conditions

because its pointless unless you have acess to a CRISPR

It would be cool if follistatin gene therapy were cheap and actually real.

honestly just test and hgh tb500 and bpc157 during puberty, UC, aqualyx, neck curls

this is all you need

why the tb and bpc?
gh receptor sensitivity?
androgens already sensitise gh receptors and vice versa

osteoblast promoters that are affordable and work well, help skin, gut, everything, overall make u feel fantastic and healthy.

but what do u think abt the stack? u got any sleeper builds to add?

honestly i just thought bpc and tb upregulate collagen and fibroblast production idk much about them
depending on age i would add the classic anti aging compounds like rapamycin, epitalon, dut, alfatradiol, maybe melatonin

if during puberty for height i would add an ai, pth/pthrp analogue to manage chondrocyte hypertrophy
