All the heightmaxxing threads are focused on consumables but none for exercises (apart from stretch copers and some asian guy doing jumping on flat ground jfl).

I am thinking of jumping out of my window with weights strapped to my body for leg bone smashing. Your body has no choice but to focus all energy on allowing you to jump from higher heights. To adjust the difficulty i will land on a single leg or adjust the weight.

Sprints are supposedly a good height exercise due to the damage done each time your legs hit the ground, but this is flawed because there is no progressive overload involved. I can't see why nobody is taking the same mechanism of action to the next level with progressive overload, over gay shit like skipping and stretching ofc.

I think you should take one for the team OP. Try it and let us know your results.

take it from me, I actually fractured the bones on the back of my palm and couldn't do shit with it for 2 months with it, what happened after it healed? at best 1-2mm of growth, noticeable only if you stare at it, so if you really wanna bonesmash for bone growth, get a limb lengthening surgery or lefort and be prepared to not be able to do shit for months, that's the necessary bone trauma for visible growth
