Why does on side of my face look recessed than the other, and how can I fix it

Just want to know because if been noticing this a lot my left side seems more developed maxilla and infraorbital wise but my right side seems more droopy making it look like I have asymmetry frontal wise like nose and one eye it could be the angle but I don’t think so, use to bone smash and kinda worked till I think I hit a nerve in my infra orbital and made my eye droopy I’d say also kinda stoped for a bit and notice bone loss especially Supra orbital wise just want to fix naturally at least if I need surgery then what would y'all recommend
