R there any factors that have prompted the rich and powerful ones to suddenly, for their own benefit, promote equality and inclusivity in popular culture, movies, cartoons, advertising, politics, laws, and to suppress any form of discrimination (racism, sexism, homophobia, religious intolerance)?

Thus discouraging discrimination increases the size of the workforce and has financial benefits.

The white liberal ideology became popular among the ruling elite starting from the 1960's because from the end of WWII all the way to the mid-1960's, the Europeans, especially were losing their colonial empire through a series of small scale proxy wars waged against them by their former colonial subjects in Africa, Asia, and MENA.

White liberals want to maintain western/white dominance just as much as the right-wing whites, they believe that by gatekeeping ethniks and giving them breadcrumbs, ethniks would stop rebelling against western/white dominance.

White liberals are not ideologically opposed to the right, but simply view RW whites as their less intelligent brothers that need to be kept under management just like the ethniks, or else they will sabotage white people as a collective.
