i would also need a front profile but he has a big forehead. weak eyebrow ridge, super slight receded chin, and a golbin/witch nose. Nose is surgery, forehead is prob surgery, eyebrow ridge also surgery. same with chin but there are prob some mewing exercises that will help with the chin

You can raise the nose tip which isn't exactly shortening the nose but can give the appearance of a slightly shorter nose (limited), you can widen the face with fillers or implants to balance out ratios to be more harmonised, you can max out your lower third (be it through genio, bimax, chin/mandibular angle/wrap around jaw implants, jawline sculpting with filler), you can lower your brows a little with botox or supra implants. All of those can help balance out a long midface but as far as I know there is no way to genuinely shorten a midface from all the surgeries I've researched.

Not even CCW with impaction is going to cut it since I know people like to throw that around despite it not actually shortening the face.
