Is it because of excessive masseter hypertrophy? Or does he have a weird jaw bone structure? I'm guessing it's the former but idk, what do U guys think

1) Were you taking creatine everyday?
2) Were you drinking protein shakes right after each chewing session?
3) how long was each chewing session?
4) how intense were your chewing sessions? Did you feel worn out after each session?
