Ive been to 2 diff unis, an ethnic and a white one

At the white one whenever it rained and we were trapped in the lecture hall it reeked of wet dog hair, dog food, ect. It was overpowering stenches and fumes

Do white people not wash their hair? What is the issue with them in the rain
