Yeah but I'm looking for genuine love, I could never stand living with a woman that only wants me for my status or money and thinks that I'm ugly as fuck. Chad gets to experience genuine love and affection from the opposite sex, something that a moneymaxxed sub-5 man would never experience. Things that work:
Leg Lengthening Surgery: the only true fix. However, it is expensive, risky, and will take months to walk again.
Lifts and big-soled shoes in general: these are a good trick, but they can't give you a lot of height, and there are some situations where you will be found out (i.e. whenever you're not wearing shoes).

Things that don't work:
Gymcelling: Dwarf-like proportions are not attractive. You should be in good shape obviously, but too much muscle mass on a short body will just be seen as overcompensating, short man syndrome, etc.
Confidence: Again, it's better to be confident about your height than insecure about it, but it won't really change your height, just the way you are perceived.
Money: Money can get you laid, sure. But it will only attract girls who want your money, not you, and you're better off without them.

Things that may or may not work:
Nichemaxxing: If you embody a certain niche perfectly, you can find girls into you even if you're short. I'm thinking of the cutesy Kpop boyband member in this specific context; they're usually pretty short but are still considered attractive.
Face: If you're not TOO short (you need to be at least 5'6-5'7) you can compensate a bit with a very good face. It would still be better if you were tall, but some girls don't care about height as long as your face is really attractive. There's a certain threshold after which no face can save you, though.
Looking for tall girls: Ironically enough, short girls are the ones that are into tall guys the most (probably because all the short dudes hit on them and this makes them mad because it makes them feel like they are not supposed to go after tall guys). I've seen tall girls go for shorter guys, sometimes.
