Yeah but boobs don't disintegrate when a girl is skinny. They decrease in size but not completely. If a girl naturally has big tits then they'll still be big when skinny, just not as big. For example this girl isn't that much fatter than Shelbia but still has big boobs

the girl that you posted has more body fat % than shelbia.
shelbia is literally a model, she cant have big boobs. but for her weight, it's still above average
