i do sports, eat enough protein and calories in general

and i still can’t gain weight nigga how the fuck are there still people who say gaining weight is easier than losing weight

long story short

i don’t have one, i just didn’t get accepted to org when i tried joining 1 year ago. i then tried to join again but wasn’t accepted again because i didn’t use my home wifi

and now i got accepted
but i’m not a 2026cel i promise

Funniliy enough I was the same weight, age AND height when I had your problem. All your nutrition is going towards growing, so don't fret, as you grow older, you will gain weight easier.

but i my arms and shoulders are pretty big compared to the rest of my upper body

thats only possible if you are to retarded to calculate how much calories you need per day, and if 200 plus on what you calculated does nothing then go to 400 and then 500 at one point you have to gain weight
