Why don’t I respect a short manager?

At my old job I had a tall white man as my manager. He was legit 6’5. I was timid and did whatever he said. But one day he stepped down and this short fat Filipino guy became my manager and suddenly I had no respect for him. I just called in sick and treated him like shit.

I guess when you’re short you just don’t get a good life
