go for upper bleparoplasty and fillers in there.
if still not satisfied which is unlikely go for botox the eyebrows down

My brow ridge goes so high up above my eyes, rather than forward and covering my eyes

I have absolutely no hooding

I wonder if a filler alone will fix that

As opposed to an alpha looking guy

You can do it with a lamellar split osteotomy.

You can move the whole forehead, the browridge and the zygos.

Good luck finding a surgeon that performs it tho, you are better getting an implant tbh.

My lateral rim is recessed I think. I think it makes mt pfl (30mm) look worse than it is too
