Why don't my eyebrows grow?

I have been using oral minox for 4 months and I have noticed very good results in terms of hair growth throughout the body, everything except my eyebrows, it should be emphasized that before going to oral I spent almost a year using the topic in my eyebrows and they only grew a little but nothing crazy so I ask you why this happens? Can it be due to slightly low levels of testosterone? I don't have the genetics? The truth is I don't want to go to the extremes of getting an eyebrow transplant, but I just don't know what to do anymore

Because what people don't tell you is that eyebrows are mostly genetic, in the sense that they don't just produce new follicles on your brows lol it just stimulates follicles which are the centres of growth in your hair so they will get longer, may get thicker but if you're at your genetic limit it's over

genetics most likely but could also be bad thyroid function, either way just fraud it dye them darker or use a eyebrow pen, it wont make you gay i promise
