Why don't .org brah build our own settlement?

I've mentioned this before, but we should all move somewhere and create our own settlement. There would be visa restrictions for most places, so it could be separated into UK, EU, etc.

Or, seeing as we wouldn't be earning money, and would support our community through exchanges, favours etc, we could move somewhere that allows people to live but not work.
