Why don’t people use the term failo as much anymore?

Seems like “failo” is falling out of fashion. Also why have genuine surgery threads besides like rhino disappeared?

I mean just search up any type of cosmetic surgery and the results are no longer actual information but little retards saying “will x save me?” And then go back to prior 2023 and it’s actual info. Forum seems to get watered down by the day
