Because they are a country tht is modernising at a rapid pace and in major cities alrdy has a better quality of life thn allot of western europe. In 20-30 years the quality of life is going to be way better on average in China and Russia than most of the West. Western economys are a mess and their is no political will to change anything. We need drastic changes but they wont come with the corruption/standard of politicians we have so quality of life is set to just keep declining.

No education and healthcare in the US is expensive it is the best yes but expensive. By earning and saving up for 10-15 years you would have accumulated more than enough wealth in dollars to be able to retire in some third world country. Third world countries also offer luxuries of living in thr west but they are reserved for the rich which you will be because of the price of the dollars and purchasing parity difference.
